Job Summary
Leading complex legal AI programs remotely, the full-time Legal AI Program Manager will guide senior legal stakeholders, orchestrate multidisciplinary teams, and create frameworks that enable the adoption and scaling of AI initiatives across client engagements.
Key responsibilities
- Lead legal AI programs from strategy through adoption, establishing structure and momentum for enterprise initiatives
- Advise senior legal stakeholders on use cases, governance, and best practices for strong AI program implementation
- Translate delivery signals into actionable program decisions while fostering collaboration among client leaders and Harbor specialists
Required qualifications
- Experience in legal AI delivery, with a focus on moving from use-case selection to adoption
- Ability to engage and build credibility with senior legal stakeholders
- A builder mindset with a preference for creating structure and improving processes
- Strong program judgment, capable of identifying key decisions and managing risk
- Current AI fluency, with hands-on experience using AI tools and understanding their practical applications
