Job Summary

A company is looking for a Legal Analyst - Contract/Temporary.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in Appeals outreach/communications and reconsideration review process with CMS
Conduct legal coding and privilege reviews of sensitive data and draft legal documents
Research legislative and regulatory trends to provide consultative solutions in a healthcare environment

Required Qualifications

Juris Doctorate from an ABA-accredited law school; license not required
3-5 years of working experience; healthcare experience preferred
3-5 years of administrative law and/or appeals experience
Technical writing experience and familiarity with legal databases
Project management experience preferred; PMP certification desired
