Legal Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Legal Analyst to provide support in managing legal and administrative matters within the Legal & Compliance Department.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently manage and respond to subpoenas, ensuring compliance with legal standards
• Provide Level 1 legal guidance by reviewing inquiries and conducting legal research
• Oversee legal operations related to contract administration and corporate compliance matters

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Political Science, Criminal Justice, Business Administration, Legal Studies, or Paralegal Studies
• Minimum of three years of experience in a corporate legal environment
• Training in legal research tools such as Westlaw or LexisNexis
• Experience drafting or reviewing legal documents, preferably in the healthcare industry
• Proficiency with legal software platforms and Microsoft Office Suite
