Legal Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Legal Analyst to provide support in legal and administrative matters within the Legal & Compliance Department.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and respond to subpoenas, ensuring legal compliance
• Provide Level 1 legal guidance by reviewing inquiries and conducting legal research
• Oversee legal operations related to contract administration and corporate legal matters

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Political Science, Criminal Justice, Business Administration, Legal Studies, or Paralegal Studies
• Minimum of three years of experience in a legal analyst or similar role
• Training in legal research tools such as Westlaw or LexisNexis
• Experience with legal documents and knowledge of healthcare privacy regulations preferred
• Proficiency with legal software platforms and Microsoft Office Suite
