Legal Analyst

Job Summary

To support legal operations, the full-time Legal Analyst will review and analyze legal issues, draft documents, manage digital files, and advise on compliance with federal and state laws while working in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct moderate to complex legal research and draft memos, correspondence, and procedures
• Manage digital file organization and prepare case analysis and status reports
• Review and analyze new laws and regulations, advising on their impact on the company

Required qualifications

• High school diploma required; two or four-year college degree or paralegal certificate preferred
• Minimum three years of complex litigation paralegal experience required
• Prior class-action litigation experience is a plus
• Paralegal or paraprofessional training required, including research and analytical skills
• Strong legal judgment and ability to work independently
