Legal Analyst, IP Compliance
Job Summary
Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Legal Analyst, IP Compliance will manage compliance monitoring, conduct legal analysis of materials, and support global initiatives to ensure adherence to intellectual property standards across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct document reviews and legal analysis of company resources for compliance violations
- Manage compliance correspondence and maintain detailed records of inquiries and findings
- Compile compliance reports and collaborate with team members to present data in dashboards
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Compliance, Legal, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 5 years in legal or compliance roles with data analysis experience
- Experience with IP legal and e-discovery processes, preferably using NUIX and Purview
- Proficiency in managing large data sets and utilizing various compliance-related software
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to work under tight deadlines
