Legal Analyst, IP Compliance
Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Legal Analyst, IP Compliance will ensure adherence to intellectual property compliance and legal standards by conducting document reviews, managing compliance communications, and supporting global initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct document reviews and legal analyses of materials to identify policy violations and communicate findings
- Manage compliance correspondence, respond to inquiries, and maintain detailed records of actions taken
- Compile compliance reports and collaborate with team members to present statistics in dashboards
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree related to Business, Compliance, Legal, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 5 years in legal or compliance roles with data analysis experience
- Experience with IP legal and e-discovery processes, preferably using NUIX and Microsoft Purview
- Proficiency in utilizing compliance-related software and tools such as ServiceNow and SharePoint
- Strong analytical skills and ability to manage large volumes of data effectively
