Legal Analyst, Payments and Settlements

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Legal Analyst, Legal Payments and Settlements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and prioritize the legal settlement payment queue for timely processing of requests
• Review and validate payment requests using finance tools and manage supplier onboarding cases
• Communicate with cross-functional teams to resolve processing issues and clarify documentation requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in accounting, procurement, budgeting, or legal operations
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and procurement processes
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably Oracle Fusion
• Proficiency in Excel and ability to analyze large datasets
