Legal Analyst - Specialty Lending

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Legal Analyst - Specialty Lending/Real Estate (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Review loan documentation for accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements
• Conduct due diligence and manage a large workload to meet deal timelines
• Assist attorneys and support the legal team on various projects and policy development

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Associate's Degree required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 5-7 years of relevant paralegal experience in financial institutions or law firms
• Detailed knowledge of syndicated and securitized lending transactions
• Certified Paralegal Certification from an accredited program preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal research databases
