Job Summary

A company is looking for a Legal Analyst - Specialty Lending (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Review loan document packages for accuracy and compliance with credit approval and regulatory requirements
Conduct due diligence and manage a large workload to meet deal timelines
Assist attorneys with projects and maintain legal files in accordance with retention policies

Required Qualifications

Associate's Degree required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
Minimum 5-7 years of relevant paralegal experience in financial institutions
Detailed knowledge of syndicated and securitized lending transactions
Certified Paralegal Certification from an accredited program preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal research databases
