Job Summary

A company is looking for a Legal and HR Compliance Senior Associate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage ADA accommodations and workforce compliance matters, including training HR on best practices
  • Provide support for employment law and employee relations, including investigations and performance management guidance
  • Monitor compliance and licensing requirements, serving as a liaison with Internal Audit on related matters
Required Qualifications
  • Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience required
  • Minimum of 6+ years of legal experience in an employment law setting
  • Prior hands-on experience with employee relations, ADA, FLSA, FMLA, and compliance matters
  • Paralegal Certificate preferred but not required
  • Strong working knowledge of employment law processes and compliance obligations
