Legal Applications Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Legal Applications Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess end user needs and evaluate software products
• Manage implementation projects and provide high-level support for legal applications
• Install, test, configure, implement, and document software applications

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and 5+ years of application support experience, preferably in a legal setting
• Advanced technical knowledge of legal applications and software
• Basic knowledge of database management (SQL) and web servers
• Experience with Microsoft Office 365, Windows 10 & 11, and Document Management Systems
• Ability to work outside standard business hours and participate in a rotating on-call schedule
