Job Summary

A company is looking for a Legal Assistant to support contract management in the influencer marketing space.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and analyze contracts for influencer agreements and brand collaborations
• Ensure legal compliance and protect client and company interests
• Draft and modify contract templates while maintaining proper documentation

Required Qualifications

• Paralegal certification or relevant legal education
• 2+ years of experience as a paralegal, legal assistant, or in contract review preferred
• Strong knowledge of contract law and experience in contract review
• Experience in entertainment, marketing, or influencer management is a plus
