Job Summary

Supporting the Director, Legal Counsel, the full-time Legal Assistant & Contracts Administrator will manage contract lifecycle processes, enhance legal operations, and drive process improvements in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Coordinate contract intake, workflow tracking, and document management for various agreements
  • Support the development and optimization of legal department processes, systems, and policies
  • Conduct legal research and monitor regulatory developments to provide actionable insights
Required qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in a Legal Assistant, Contracts Administrator, or Legal Operations role
  • Strong experience with contract management systems and document organization
  • Familiarity with legal technology tools and a willingness to adopt AI solutions
  • Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred, or Associates Degree with equivalent relevant experience
