Job Summary
Supporting the Director, Legal Counsel, the full-time Legal Assistant & Contracts Administrator will manage contract lifecycle processes, enhance legal operations, and drive process improvements in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate contract intake, workflow tracking, and document management for various agreements
- Support the development and optimization of legal department processes, systems, and policies
- Conduct legal research and monitor regulatory developments to provide actionable insights
Required qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in a Legal Assistant, Contracts Administrator, or Legal Operations role
- Strong experience with contract management systems and document organization
- Familiarity with legal technology tools and a willingness to adopt AI solutions
- Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's Degree preferred, or Associates Degree with equivalent relevant experience
