Legal Audit Analyst

Job Summary

A company in the legal industry is seeking a Legal Audit Analyst.

Position Responsibilities:

• Lead all aspects of the audit process including reviewing and analyzing audit reports, recommending responses, and facilitating settlement negotiations
• Assist with the review and analysis of audit claims and contracts governing asset exploitation
• Perform catalog legal research and draft legal documents related to the tolling and settlement of audit claims

Qualifications:

• Must be able to manage multiple assignments at any given time and prioritize them effectively
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and prioritize effectively
• Strong analytical, mathematical and organizational skills
