Legal Automation Builder

Job Summary

To support the buildout of internal apps and automated workflows, the remote Legal Automation Builder will manage end-to-end projects, design workflows, and prototype AI-powered assistants while working on a 12-month contract basis.

Key responsibilities

• Run projects from ambiguous requests to delivery, ensuring clear milestones and communication with legal stakeholders
• Build and ship automations that integrate existing legal tools, eliminating manual steps in workflows
• Prototype and deploy AI assistants, iterating based on user feedback and legal team collaboration

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in building software, automations, or internal tools in a technical role
• Proven track record of managing projects, including scoping and communicating status
• Experience with low-code/automation platforms and sufficient coding skills in Python, SQL, or scripting
• Hands-on experience with AI technologies, including LLMs and AI-powered applications
• Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to both legal and engineering teams
