Legal Billing Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Legal Billing Analyst to support its Legal Operations team.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer the Thomson Reuters Legal Tracker e-billing system
• Review invoices against Outside Counsel Billing Guidelines and coordinate matter setup
• Maintain billing and vendor records, assist with accruals, and troubleshoot billing issues

Required Qualifications

• Experience with Thomson Reuters Legal Tracker or similar e-billing systems
• Knowledge of Outside Counsel Billing Guidelines
• Ability to manage multiple systems and high volume tasks
• Detail-oriented and analytical mindset
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
