Legal Billing Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Legal Billing Associate to support the Finance and Loan operations team by managing legal invoices and ensuring compliance with billing guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and process legal invoices promptly while ensuring compliance with billing standards
• Identify billing discrepancies and enhance visibility of legal expenditures through reporting
• Build strong relationships with internal teams and external law firms while contributing to process improvements

Required Qualifications

• Law degree preferred, or a degree in Business Management, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Experience in legal billing processes within a law firm or business setting
• Proficient in legal accounts payable functions including invoice management and compliance
• Prior experience in a law firm or corporate legal department is mandatory
• Understanding of hourly billing models and legal expense management policies
