Legal Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Legal Business & Implementation Analyst to support testing, data validation, process assessment, and change management during implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform extensive testing and validation of legal workflows and templates in the new system
• Review and assess existing contract lifecycle management records for data migration
• Support training and change management activities for attorneys and users on the new system

Qualifications

• Experience with contract lifecycle management (CLM) systems
• Exposure to Apttus or Sirion is a plus
• Strong business analysis skills, particularly in testing and data assessment
• Experience working with legal teams or legal templates preferred
• Some project coordination or management experience
