Legal Business Analyst
Job Summary
Seeking a full-time Legal Business Analyst, the candidate will gather and analyze business needs within the legal domain, translating them into technical requirements while collaborating with cross-functional teams and ensuring project targets are met.
Key responsibilities
- Assess project team performance to ensure deadlines and targets are met
- Gather business requirements and develop documentation including user stories and process flow diagrams
- Serve as a liaison between business operations and IT professionals to facilitate system modifications and enhancements
Required qualifications
- 5 to 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 2 years in the legal domain
- Proficiency in Litify for application customization and process analysis
- Understanding of legal operations such as Intellectual Property and Legal Compliance
- Experience in conducting UAT and producing project analysis documentation
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
