Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the full-time Legal Business Development Manager will work remotely to develop and execute business development plans, manage client relationships, and maintain the firm's CRM while collaborating with senior partners to drive growth.
Key responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and execute business development plans in collaboration with senior partners
- Manage and update the firm's deal credentials, capability statements, and experience databases
- Identify and research target clients and market opportunities while coordinating BD-related events and producing marketing materials
Required qualifications
- Proven experience in a business development role at a law firm
- Manager-level track record of independently driving business development programs
- Exceptional organizational skills and a task-oriented mindset
- Strong written communication skills
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
