Job Summary

A company is looking for a Legal Operations Manager (Outside Counsel Spend) for a 4 month contract.

Key Responsibilities:

Advise practice group leaders on legal service provider strategies
Assist in structuring fee arrangements and negotiate statements of work and fee agreements
Evaluate use of legal service providers and identify opportunities to increase value and reduce costs

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance or related field AND 4+ years work experience in legal operations
Experience with program development, implementation, and enhancement
Experience in O365 applications
