Job Summary

A company is looking for a Legal Claims Specialist in the Liability Insurance Team.

Key Responsibilities

Independent handling of claims in all areas of liability insurance (private, commercial, industrial, and asset liability)
Legal review and decision-making regarding coverage and liability based on underlying conditions and documents
Active claims management involving customers and business partners, including fraud detection and assessment of legal dispute success

Required Qualifications

Advanced or completed studies in law or business law
Ideally, some professional experience in the insurance industry
Very good German language skills (C1), with good English skills being advantageous
Strong service and customer orientation
Interest in new technologies, such as ChatGPT
