Legal Collector Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Legal Commercial Collector Specialist (Remote).

Key Responsibilities:

• Make a minimum of 80 outbound/inbound calls to collect outstanding balances
• Negotiate payment arrangements and create urgency with non-paying debtors
• Collaborate with Client Support Representatives to resolve disputes and escalate high-risk accounts

Required Qualifications:

• Preferred experience in collections, sales, telemarketing, customer service, or call center roles
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and data entry; Excel skills preferred
• Experience with SalesForce.com is a plus
• Basic math and writing skills required
• Dependable with strong work ethics and integrity
