Job Summary

A company is looking for a Legal Commercial Collector Specialist (Remote).

Key Responsibilities:

Make a minimum of 80 outbound/inbound calls
Negotiate payment in full or secure payment arrangements
Coordinate resolution of disputed invoices and escalate high-risk accounts as necessary

Required Qualifications:

Preferred experience in collections, sales, telemarketing, customer service, or call center
Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and data entry
Familiarity with SalesForce.com is a plus
Basic math and writing skills
Dependability and strong work ethics
