Legal Commercial Head

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Legal Commercial Head.

Key Responsibilities:

• Structure, draft, negotiate, and review commercial agreements in the healthcare industry
• Provide legal/commercial contract advice to business stakeholders and support negotiations
• Develop and implement scalable commercial legal processes and handle ad-hoc projects

Qualifications:

• JD from an accredited school and current member of the state bar
• Minimum 10 years of relevant in-house and/or law firm experience, ideally in digital healthcare
• Experience managing teams and building processes at scale
• Ability to draft and close agreements independently and identify potential legal and business issues
• Willingness to learn quickly and drive projects from start to finish
