Job Summary

A company is looking for an Administrative Assistant in the area of Legal & Compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage contracts for the organization, including digital filing, summaries, and deadline monitoring
  • Assist in the preparation of contracts primarily in English and coordinate correspondence with partners and law firms
  • Support compliance and data protection efforts
Required Qualifications
  • Completed training in a commercial or administrative field with experience in contract management or office organization
  • Several years of experience in a similar position, with consideration for career changers, such as those from foreign language secretary roles
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word
  • Fluent in German and very good English skills, both written and spoken
  • Willingness to work independently, meticulously, and in a team-oriented manner
