Legal Compliance Advisor

Job Summary

Supporting regulatory compliance for the Individual Dental business, the full-time Legal Compliance Advisor will manage the assessment, documentation, and implementation of federal and state regulatory requirements while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and assess federal and state regulatory requirements impacting the Individual Dental business
• Coordinate regulatory implementation activities and maintain compliance documentation and evidence
• Identify regulatory risks and develop mitigation strategies in partnership with business stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; equivalent experience may be considered
• 5+ years of experience in regulatory compliance, healthcare operations, or related fields
• Working knowledge of federal and state regulatory requirements within healthcare or insurance
• Experience supporting regulatory implementation and compliance programs
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate complex cross-functional initiatives
