Legal Compliance Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing legal team, the full-time Legal Compliance Manager will build and operationalize the company's legal compliance program, ensuring regulatory, contractual, and internal obligations are clearly defined and managed while working cross-functionally in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage a legal compliance obligation tracking system, ensuring obligations from contracts, laws, and internal policies are monitored
• Coordinate with various teams to translate legal and regulatory requirements into actionable business processes and track compliance progress
• Monitor compliance status, identify gaps, and support audit readiness and reporting on compliance posture and risk areas

Required qualifications

• 4-7 years of experience in legal compliance, risk, or legal operations
• Experience in a SaaS, technology, or regulated environment
• Demonstrated ability to build compliance processes across teams
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Ability to translate complex legal requirements into clear, actionable workflows
