Job Summary

A company is looking for a Legal & Compliance Project Manager to support strategic initiatives and operational efficiency in the Legal and Compliance functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support planning and execution of departmental projects and initiatives
  • Develop and manage compliance and legal projects, including plans and stakeholder communications
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage dependencies between Legal, Compliance, Privacy, and business units
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or PMP certification preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, legal operations, or compliance operations
  • Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance frameworks (e.g., HIPAA, HHS OIG, CMS)
  • Proficiency with project management and legal operations tools (e.g., Smartsheets, GoogleSheets, Asana)
  • Proven ability to assess complex situations and prioritize multiple projects and demands
