Legal Compliance Project Manager
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Legal & Compliance Project Manager to support strategic initiatives and operational efficiency in the Legal and Compliance functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support planning and execution of departmental projects and initiatives
- Develop and manage compliance and legal projects, including plans and stakeholder communications
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage dependencies between Legal, Compliance, Privacy, and business units
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or PMP certification preferred
- 5+ years of experience in project management, legal operations, or compliance operations
- Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance frameworks (e.g., HIPAA, HHS OIG, CMS)
- Proficiency with project management and legal operations tools (e.g., Smartsheets, GoogleSheets, Asana)
- Proven ability to assess complex situations and prioritize multiple projects and demands
