Job Summary

A company is looking for a Legal, Compliance, and Risk Operations Director.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide operational programs to eliminate systemic risks and enhance legal department effectiveness
• Oversee preparation of audit letters and establish legal department KPIs for performance tracking
• Develop legal dashboards and executive reporting packages to support decision-making and risk discussions

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in legal operations, strategy, or corporate departments
• Proven leadership in risk reduction program design and execution
• Strong knowledge of corporate processes and data management
• Understanding of legal/compliance/risk best practices and crisis management
• Experience working with C-suite executives and cross-functional teams
