Legal & Compliance Specialist

Job Summary

Providing operational and substantive support to the General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer, the full-time salaried Legal & Compliance Specialist will manage compliance program execution, joint venture administration, and legal research across various practice areas in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Support execution of the compliance work plan, including project tracking and documentation for audits
• Administer the Joint Venture management process by coordinating stakeholders and maintaining governance records
• Perform legal research and assist in drafting legal documents for attorney review

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a legal, compliance, or related operational role
• Experience supporting legal matters across multiple practice areas, including employment/labor and government contracting
• Familiarity with electronic legal research platforms and compliance management tools
• Ability to manage documentation and support cross-functional initiatives in a structured manner
