Legal Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Legal Consultant to provide legal research, drafting, and advisory support on administrative, contractual, and institutional matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare legal opinions and conduct legal research on various legal instruments
• Draft and review contracts, agreements, and legal memoranda
• Provide legal support to administrative entities and assist in developing guidelines and procedures

Required Qualifications

• University degree in law (required); advanced studies desirable
• Very good knowledge of English or Spanish, with working knowledge of the other; knowledge of French and/or Portuguese is an asset
• Minimum seven (7) years of relevant legal experience for P3 level and five (5) years for P2 level
• Experience in international organizations is an asset
