Legal Contract Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Legal Contract Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deploy contract management procedures, tools, and methodologies to implement contracts in accordance with their terms
• Act as the main point of contact for contractual matters and oversee contract/legal aspects
• Identify and manage risk-related areas in contract execution and support effective risk management processes

Qualifications:

• Experience in contract management and knowledge of contract interpretation
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong negotiation and dispute resolution skills
• Familiarity with project governance and change management processes
• Understanding of risk management principles and practices
