Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Draft and review legal contracts and agreements, ensuring compliance and accuracy
Maintain in-house contract templates and track changes or new contracts as needed
Collaborate with leadership to align contract review efforts with project initiatives

Required Qualifications

Experience with contract law, including drafting and negotiating agreements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, preferably in contract law or related fields
Three (3) years or more of professional experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
2L law students and above are encouraged to apply
