Job Summary

To support a high-volume commercial contract pipeline, the independent contractor Legal Contract Specialist will lead the drafting and negotiation of agreements, partner with internal teams to apply legal playbooks, and drive AI-powered process automation, all while working remotely on Eastern Standard Time.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the drafting and negotiation of various commercial agreements, ensuring rapid turnaround and adherence to internal playbooks
• Partner with internal teams to strategically apply legal playbooks and navigate cross-border commercial considerations
• Drive AI-powered process automation by identifying inefficiencies and deploying scalable solutions across legal and operational functions

Required qualifications

• 3-6 years of experience in commercial contracts
• Strong background in outsourcing and commercial contracting
• Demonstrated experience negotiating complex, high-value agreements with direct client interaction
• LL.M. from a U.S. institution or U.S. bar eligibility strongly preferred
• Ability to operate independently in a lean, remote-first environment
