Legal Contracts & Compliance Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Legal Contracts & Compliance Manager with expertise in US commercial contracting to review, negotiate, and manage various agreements while ensuring legal compliance and operational support for an IT Consulting and Managed Services business serving US-based Nonprofit Associations.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage contracts including MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, and vendor agreements
• Provide legal review and risk assessment for client engagements and operational processes
• Ensure compliance with applicable US laws and maintain contract documentation and legal records

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB/JD or equivalent)
• 4-8 years of experience in contract management or commercial legal operations
• Strong understanding of US contract law and commercial agreements
