Legal Contracts Manager

Job Summary

An electric vehicle infrastructure company is looking for a Legal Contracts Manager to join its Legal team.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, process, and manage a high volume of site development and infrastructure-related contracts
• Analyze contract language and support negotiation and standardization efforts
• Serve as a primary point of contact for internal teams regarding contract interpretation and site-related questions

Required Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Paralegal or Legal Contracts Manager supporting site development or infrastructure contracts
• Strong understanding of lease structures and agreements for long-term asset-based operations
• Experience managing high-volume contract workflows in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with MS Office; experience with Salesforce and contract management systems preferred
• Strong organizational and stakeholder-facing skills
