Legal Contracts Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Legal Contracts Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, draft, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements including licensing and SaaS contracts
• Act as the primary legal contact for the Sales organization to address legal and business issues
• Assist in the creation and maintenance of standard form agreements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in drafting and negotiating technology-related/SaaS agreements
• Extensive experience with complex legal agreements
• Ability to build strong working relationships with cross-functional teams
• Experience managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
• Understanding of the software sales cycle and willingness to support sales teams across regions
