Job Summary

A company is looking for a Legal Counsel to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop strategies for evaluating complex risk in business-centric ways
Build scalable processes to enable quick movement and flexibility in the business
Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, collaborating with finance and operations teams

Required Qualifications:

License to practice law in the Netherlands, Germany, Republic of Ireland, or the UK
3+ years of legal experience at a top law firm or in-house
Prior experience and knowledge of blockchain technology
Ability to provide clear and concise legal advice on complex compliance and regulatory issues
Experience with open-source software licensing and legal regimes impacting the decentralized finance industry
