Job Summary

A company is looking for a Legal Counsel.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide expert legal advice on cryptocurrency and gaming regulatory compliance
Oversee legal aspects of intellectual property in gaming
Develop strategies for protecting intellectual property and ensuring legal compliance

Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree or equivalent
Minimum of 7 years legal experience in cryptocurrency regulations and gaming IP law
Demonstrated knowledge of crypto-friendly jurisdictions and global IP laws
Experience in negotiating and drafting complex legal agreements
Up-to-date with trends in crypto and gaming sectors
