Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Legal to build and lead the Legal function from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and scale the Legal function, establishing frameworks and operating norms for growth
• Serve as strategic DRI on sensitive matters including litigation strategy and complex agreements
• Design scalable systems across compliance, corporate governance, and risk mitigation

Required Qualifications

• 8-10 years of legal experience in both law firm and in-house environments
• Experience across commercial, corporate, compliance, IP, employment, and litigation management
• A builder mentality with a focus on designing legal systems and processes
• Exceptional judgment and strategic guidance capabilities
• Comfort in fast-paced, ambiguous environments requiring quick decision-making
