Legal Counsel

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Legal Counsel to provide legal support across various commercial and operational matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, draft, negotiate, and manage a variety of commercial agreements
• Support internal teams on day-to-day contractual matters and track key contract terms
• Identify and escalate legal and compliance risks while providing legal input on product launches and initiatives

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in commercial contracts and in-house legal support
• Experience in compliance and mobile game development is desirable
• Strong drafting, review, and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage a varied workload and work independently
• Fluency in both English and Russian is considered an advantage
