Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day legal inquiries and provide support to various departments
• Review, draft, negotiate, and advise on commercial contracts and legal documents
• Manage corporate work, including registrations, bank accounts, and maintaining corporate documents

Required Qualifications:

• Juris Doctorate from a reputable university
• 5-7 years of experience providing legal advice in an international corporate environment
• Previous experience supporting a sales team in a technology company
• Proficiency in English, additional language knowledge is an advantage
• Commercial mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced, changing business environment
