Legal Counsel

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Legal Counsel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support to various functions across the North America business
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the Legal department and develop department policies and procedures
• Support the VP of Legal on a wide range of matters including contracts, regulatory compliance, and litigation

Required Qualifications:

• 3-5 years' experience as a practicing attorney with commercial, transactional, CPG, or in-house experience
• Excellent ability to manage and track multiple project workflows and inbound requests for legal services
• Strong management, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work closely with multiple different parts of the company
• Improvement-driven person with a hands-on approach
