Legal Counsel

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Legal Counsel to provide privacy compliance and transaction support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage privacy compliance program and develop recommendations for improvement
• Provide transactional support for various business transactions
• Support international programs and coordinate with local counsel

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited U.S. law school and active membership in at least one state bar
• 4-6 years of legal experience, preferably in-house at a SaaS, EdTech, or tech organization
• Foundational experience in data privacy and compliance
• Experience in corporate transactions and regulatory compliance
• Ability to work independently and build relationships across teams
