Job Summary

A company is looking for a Legal Counsel to join their team remotely in Cyprus.

Key Responsibilities

• Negotiate, draft, and review various client-related contracts
• Conduct investigations and resolve incidents in collaboration with clients and internal teams
• Provide legal advice on contractual and compliance-related matters across departments

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional legal experience in commercial or technology law
• Hands-on experience in negotiating and drafting contracts
• Master's degree in law
• Fluent in both English and Ukrainian (spoken and written)
• Goal-oriented and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
