Job Summary
A company is looking for a Legal Counsel, ERISA Fiduciary Services to join its Legal & Compliance team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance on ERISA fiduciary issues related to products and services
- Review and negotiate contract documentation
- Qualify domestic relations orders (QDROs) and assist with incident management
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree and Juris Doctorate Degree from an accredited law school
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the retirement services industry
- Expertise in ERISA fiduciary issues and contract drafting
- Experience with custodian banks preferred
- Must be admitted to and a member in good standing of a state bar
