Legal Counsel for Global Projects

Job Summary

Providing legal support for global projects, the full-time Legal Counsel for Global Projects will advise on complex international legal issues, manage legal risks, and draft agreements while working in a hybrid environment based in Amsterdam or Stockholm.

Key responsibilities

• Provide legal advice to support the business area Mining
• Identify and manage legal risks across global operations
• Draft, review, and negotiate agreements and other legal documents

Required qualifications

• Law degree with several years of experience in an in-house corporate legal role or international law firm
• Solid experience in commercial and contract law, including drafting and negotiation
• Experience in multi-jurisdictional legal matters in a global context
• Familiarity with Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) and strategic projects
• Professional proficiency in English, both spoken and written
